Day 7 was a “goof off” and relax day. Chris wanted to kayak on McDonald Lake. Renting one didn’t happen…it was packed and always a line waiting. So, we drove to Kalispell which is over an hour away and looked. Went to Wal-Mart, Cabela’s and several local shops, couldn’t find a kayak anywhere!
Kalispell was a very nice town. Had all the major chain stores, very clean. Only other things that happened today was laundry, resting and cleaning! So, no pictures today!
I really didn’t anticipate the lack of internet service when I dreamed up this blog. At the campground in Glacier, we could go to the pavilion where they had a cell service signal booster. It took about 20 minutes to upload ONE picture…I just didn’t have that kinda time!! So, again, sorry for all the late posts!
